THE HOMES
Home 1 - The PEARL
This 3,500 square foot Mid-Century Gem anchors the property with a large circle drive, ample parking and over half an acre of outdoor space. It has an oversized living room with a piano, 3 sofas, pool table, ping pong table and large sliders that open to the large back patio and yard. Perfect for a Welcome Party or even an outdoor rehearsal dinner on the back lawn, this home also has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10 queen beds and 1 king bed, potentially sleeping 22 guests.
Home 2 - The verde
This 3,100 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers a huge open concept living space on the entire first floor with plenty of seating, a pool table and slider doors that open up to the private patio and yard with pool, outdoor games and TVs. There is a private office with a Queen bed off of the main living space, and the two-car garage has been finished out and converted into a large sleeping space with mini-split air conditioning and 4 Queen beds. The second floor offers a luxurious Primary Suite with spa-like soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are also two other bedrooms on this floor that share a Jack & Jill bathroom, each with two Queen beds. The third floor consists of a full bathroom, huge open living space with 4 Full beds and a walkout balcony with breathtaking views of Downtown Austin. The kitchen and living room open out to the back patio and deck with more outdoor seating and TVs. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and 2 Queen Beds.
